Following my passion for personal growth, new leadership and the future of work I founded my Munich-based company König Intangible Capital GmbH:

After graduating from LMU Munich with a Master of Science degree in business administration, I joined a big German car manufacturer where I gained senior expertise in a variety of leadership and culture projects and developing strategies.
My further professional background in the high-end fast-moving consumer goods and luxury goods sector show my love for premium brands and companies who have a strong value basis and great story to tell.
I’m a member of Club europäischer Unternehmerinnen, Handelsblatt Rising Stars and LMU Management Alumni network and love to never stop learning - with a special interest in psychology and art.
To recharge in my time off, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading a lot and spending sunny days at the lake in summer and on the ski slopes in winter. One thing always comes first: My beloved family & friends.
